31 Mag Clementoni Workshop “From idea to product” – February 10th-12th, 2025 – Recanati – Italy
Irene is thrilled to share the best moments of the workshop “From idea to product” organized in collaboration with Clementoni and coordinated together with Viola Chiara Vecchi, which took place in their splendid corporate headquarters in Recanati.
It was an extraordinary experience of growth and sharing, in which the selected participants had the opportunity to explore new strategies and best practices in the world of games and toys. The human warmth and passion that characterized these days made this moment truly special.
The entire Clementoni team proved to be truly attentive and interested in the presence of external creative forces, taking care of every single aspect of the event. A special mention to Carmen D’Amico and the precious colleagues of the Research and Development team: Federica Antonelli, Francesca Vallese, Claudia Cardinali and Sara Galvani, led by Maria Letizia Mengoni. Their professionalism, creativity and dedication were fundamental to the organization and success of this fruitful event. They created a stimulating and collaborative environment, always ready to share experiences, ideas and innovative solutions.
The expertise and passion they put into their work every day have been a true source of inspiration for all of us. We can’t wait to reap the benefits of this workshop and let this enthusiasm guide us in organizing new training events, to continue growing together and reach new goals!

Irene Guerrieri is an architect specialized in design for kids.
Important Leading companies in the toy, children’s publishing, accessories and children’s furniture sector are turning to her to renew and give a new launch to their product range.
Irene is also a lecturer at graduate schools, where she holds a Toy-Design Workshop, teaching an innovative and fun design method.
